What is the purpose of summer day camp?
Children's continuing learning by taking out-of-school education, spending their summer holidays productively and having fun with their peers, To get the children of working mothers and fathers interested in sports and art instead of spending most of their time on electronic devices like tablets, phones, etc.
How long will summer day camp last?
Summer day camp will start on Monday, July 3, 2023 and will end on Friday, August 25, 2023.
Will there be summer day camp on Eid al-Adha?
No, our school will be on holiday at the week of 26-30 June 2023, due to the Feast of Sacrifice.
How many weeks will the summer day camp be held in total?
Akademi Istanbul Summer Day Camp will be held for 8 weeks.
Can I get information about the week selection?
You can choose at least 2 weeks in our summer day camp. The desired weeks can also be selected non-consecutively, provided that they are at least 2 weeks or more.
I would like information about discounts.
Up to 8 weeks can be selected, with a minimum of 2 weeks.
As the number of weeks increases, the discount rate and therefore the advantage also increases. Parents who make a choice for 8 weeks will also have the most advantageous price.
We are working parents. What time can we leave our child on campus at the earliest?
Our staff will be on campus as of 08:00 in the morning so that working parents can drop off their children.
How many students will be quota in summer day camp?
The total student quota in our summer day camp is 100 people.
Is your facility safe?
Entries and exits to the Istek Belde Schools Nakkastepe Campus are provided from a single point and are controlled by security guards 24/7.

Who are the summer day camp instructors?
When choosing our summer day camp instructors, we prioritize experience and pedagogical approach skills. Team leaders are young, dynamic and energetic people who have been working in our summer and winter schools for many years and have a great command of the operation.
How is the instructor-student distribution made?
Academy Istanbul has a priority structure for quality education. We prefer to work in optimum numbers in all training programs.
In our summer day camp, 1 team leader is assigned to every 8 students.
Will we be able to follow the children's daily schedules?
Yes, the daily schedules of our summer day camp are shared with our parents at the beginning of every week.
In addition, the photos taken during the week during the summer day camp are shared with our parents every Friday.
Who is responsible for the summer day camp?
Our summer day camp director is Tolgahan Sönmez. Tolgahan Coach is a professional summer day camp manager who has been in contact with thousands of students in his 25 years of professional life, has been the director of out-of-town and overseas camps. He will help you in every way during the summer day camp.
Is there health service in the summer day camp?
Our infirmary will be in service at the Istek Belde Schools Nakkaştepe Campus, where our summer day camp is held.
Our professional nurse will be on duty every weekday between 09:00-17:00.
How is your procedure in illness and injuries?
A student who is found out to be sick is immediately taken to the infirmary, accompanied by an authorized person of our staff. With the directions of our experienced nurse, first of all, the family is contacted and the family is informed about the situation.
In cases of injuries, the family is contacted first, and if approval is obtained, immidietly transfer is made to Başkent University Hospital, which is 2 km away.
Is there a shuttle service in the summer day camp?
No, we do not have a service.
There will be a shuttle service from the garden of our Mehmet Sait Aydoslu Secondary School hall at Caddebostan Mh. Bilim Sk. No:13 (Back street of Cafe Cadde) every weekday morning at 08:15.
The return will be to the same point with Nakkaştepe moving at 17:00.
How much is the shuttle fee?
Shuttle fee is not included in summer day camp fees.
In order to provide shuttle service, a minimum of 8 students must be attended. Pricing will be determined by the number of participants and announced later.
